How to recover passwords from old firefox data

Hello I had to reset my computer but it saved all my firefox data. I've tried to import the files to firefox to access my passwords but the files are json which it won't let me upload only .csv. How do I use this data to get my passwords?

logins.json and key3.db [v58+]key4.db : These are the password files.

If you are sure the passwords are intact, Copy these files to the current profile.
