I am trying to import a CSV file into the address book. I match up all the fields and do the import and it says it has completed fine. When I look at the address book First and Last names do not appear in the name column but either nothing or whatever is in front of the @ in the email address shows in the name. If I open the address card for a name all the data is there, and if I add a new contact then the first and last names appear. How do I get the address list to show first and last name?

What do you have for View/Show Name As in Address Book? If it's Display Name, some entries will be empty, according to your picture. Press Alt if the Menu Bar is hidden.
