File Menu Window
While pressing Alt+CapsLock, the file menu window will open, because of this, another command cannot be executed, is it possible to turn it off somehow or change the keys
Chosen solution
You can disable the Alt key -- when pressed alone, without a valid access key -- from showing the menu bar:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.
(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste ui.key.menuAccessKeyFocuses and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the preference to switch the value from true to false
Does that make any difference?

Where did you find out about Alt+CapsLock? On my browser it does nothing.
Are you using any shortcut changing programs?
