A spam ad for Edge constantly appears and I hope you can tell me how to remove it. I have Chrome as a search engine and also had Edge but I uninstalled Edge to see if that would help. It hasn't. Sometimes a website states that Firefox is not supported, usually apues to Edge as well, Chrome being preferred - which us really annoying. I have been a Firefox user for over 20 years.

Where/how does the ad show up?

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a good ad blocker.
