I have Spectrum Web mail which forwards my enail to my Thunderbird account. Suddenly, I haven't been receiving any email.. I could send out emails but couldn't receive them. I noticed that most of my incoming email were going into Spectrum's "SPAM" folder. Spectrum told me to check my incoming server to see if it showed 993. I can't locate Thunderbird's incoming server. I don't know what to do now?

This question links to useful settings information for Spectrum accounts https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/mobile-email-setup - there are several servers This page shows how to get to the Account settings - Tools - Accounts - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/configuration-options-accounts In that page look at the section for Advanced IMAP settings. Check whether the Port in your settings says 993.
