Firefox for Android version 58 is no longer supported and it appears from your question that you are using version 110.

So the site do suggest you utilise a phone having a resolution of atleast 1920x1080p which most of the devices already come with. No need to worry about that. For the second part the site asks you to use Firefox running a 58+ version which you already run. So all in all you would be able to access the EPFO site without any hiccups.
