Good morning, I have been using Thunderbird as my primary mail client for over 10 years now. I recently updated it to version 115 in Ubuntu 22.04, after updating through Snap Store, the Thunderbird mail icon has not changed to the newer version, it remains as the same icon from version 112. How can I address this issue?

I have heard that some Linux distributions use pre-release copies. That may not be the situation here (and possibly not even true), and since everything appears to be working, I would let it go. Thanks for sharing the info.

I have the same bug, and I'm using Windows 11. It's strange thought, because I had the new icon when I updated Thunderburd (and matches perfectly with Firefox, that's why I remember).

I'm pretty sure they will fix in a future update.
