Moving a firefox tab doesnt work on a different monitor that has a chat base window open

So basically when I try to move a firefox tab for example on a monitor that has discord, it doesnt move there i have to move it to the taskbar on that monitor.

IS this a bug?

I think the issue is that when you move a tab out a firefox window it considers it as a picture so when ever there's a chat base app is on a different monitor it treats it as a picture instead of a tab or window
