Hello, here’s the problem: I had / have 3 GMX mailboxes in Thunderbird on my PC. After I installed Thunderbird Mobile and spent several hours with it, I deleted all the mailboxes to import them again. Apparently, this also deleted all the mailboxes on GMX, as they are no longer visible there. I also can’t create new ones there, as the old ones seem to still be somewhere in the Background. In Thunderbird Mobile, I restored the mailboxes via import, but they are completely empty! Thunderbird Mobile has no connection to GMX. What can I do? I go to bed...

Check GMX webmail, re-add the GMX account in Thunderbird, and verify IMAP/SMTP settings.

If your TBMobile mailboxes on GMX are inaccessible, ensure your account is active and credentials are correct. Check GMX's IMAP/SMTP settings in your email client and verify no server outages. Reconnect or reconfigure the account if needed.
