I see very poor answers (lack of ui/userinterface and just plain lack of human factors for this problem.
UI/HF engineers can explain things so easy, but not here!

Failing where? There no help as to anyone to find out where or how to verify this issue?
Password failure, meaning, anytime i use a ssd hard drive, the password in firefox is either wrong or missing.
Only firefox. Other browsers do not do this. I save the setting every two days.Do I have to purchase a passwod ap?
