Firefox 4 will play OGG video files locally but not from the server...is there a fix?

This question is similar to the one asked about the OGG audio. My video will load correctly in the HTML5 implementation locally on Firefox 4 but not online from the server. I know from the other discussion about the MIME situation but this really needs to be fixed. If other browsers, Safari and Chrome understand this out of the box, Firefox should too. Haven't tried on IE9 yet.
