I can't change the font in Firefox4 through options

I just downloaded Firefox4 (I have done the Cleartype thing) and for some reason the font looks like this http://yfrog.com/h0uyn0j Which makes it very hard to read things, I have tried changing the font in the options multiple times but it doesn't work.

You have seen this article, Fonts look blurry.

If so try the suggestion at the end of the article.

Hi thanks for the reply I have tried both replies, but either work. My computer already has Cleartype working, It is just I can't change the font through the options and on some websites it is very hard to view the text.
