Prints using wrong page size - all settings correct but still wrong print

Using firefox 4.0.1, system has a Rimage CD printer defined but not in use, also HP laserjet 4. HP printer is the default printer. Firefox prints only using CD sized area on HP printer. HP printer is configured in windows as letter size paper, also defined that way in Firefox. I've reset all info multiple times with no effect on printing. All other apps print to the HP printer correctly. Using Windows XP.

You need to check the profs for that printer from within Firefox, using the Properties button in the "native print dialog" window - which is what you see when doing {Ctrl + P}.

Print / Properties / Layout / Advanced says letter size paper. I've been there multiple times with no change in results.
