Sorry but only IE really supports the proprietary ActiveX.

Firefox and other browsers do not support it. There was a activex plugin (for Firefox 1.5 and earlier) but it was a limited control for Windows Media Player in sites that choose to make use ActiveX control for it.

If you want non-IE browsers to make use of the site fully then you need some  cross browser way to do it.

thank you , i try these links before , but the problem is that they didnt support the Firefox versions from 3.6 and above? do you have another solution?

i will consider this as a final answer that there is no support for active x and there is no plugins for active x for the version 3.6 and above. thank you all.
