Often times I use Firefox to access the web console for my firewall; phone systems; and webservers which all use a self signed certificate. Since I am an advanced user, is there any way I can turn off the invalid certificate warning so I won't need to at 50 exceptions on every computer that I use?

Chosen solution

No, you can't disable that warning.

The exceptions may be stored in cert_override.txt, so you can try to copy that file to the profile folder on the other computers if the certificates do not change.
