.I've installed firefox 8 with flash player 11, I made the required sym links as I was doing with FF3 and Flash 10 but FF doesn't recognize the plugin. Is there anyone who solved such problem?

You need a 32 bit Flash plugin for a 32 bit Firefox 8 version. So make sure that you install a 32 bit Flash plugin and place a symlink to that plugin in a location where Firefox finds it.
