Why can't I access bookmarks any more? Bank? Facebook?

When I go to book marks, nothing works. For example, I can go to my bank but I can't sign in. I can go to Facebook, but I cannot post. Nothing seems to work. Drop down menus at sites do not work.

No help with current release. I cannot access mail. Facebook does not work.
