Taskbar Icon opens new instance instead of stacking (V10.0 on Win7)

The original behaviour of taskbar icon was to stack instances of Firefox. Now (on 1 out of 3 computers) Firefox places a new icon on taskbar and stacks subsequent windows on the new one only.
