Hi!

Can you clarify what's your issue? You are describing a situation but it doesn't seem to be an issue. If you want to get the recovery key for further reference you can go to the Sync Tab in the Options window and select "Recovery Key" in the Manager my account drop down menu.

Actually, was unable to sync the mobile to the desktop, but after posting the problem, I kept poking and fiddling with it, and got it to work. I didn't get the recovery key, but after reading your reply, I was able to locate it.
