Bookmarks Toolbar Icons
I have some bookmarks in the bookmarks toolbar that have icons; however, I have several bookmarks also in the bookmarks toolbar that have a blank square where the icon should be and then the short name for the web site. I'd like to add "favicons" to fill in the bank squares. How or can I do this? MAC OS 10.6.8, Firefox 10.0.2. Thank you.

Hi owormser,
You should take a look at some of the awesome Firefox add-ons. This one looks perfect:

I'm sure there others as well.
Hopefully this helps!

Appreciate the replies but these solutions do not seem to work on my MAC. Has anyone got a Mac OS 10.6.8 solution? Thank you. Owen
Hi owormser,
Add-ons are platform agnostic. As long as you have Firefox installed, you should be able to use the add-ons we sent you.
A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
