Since system on my laptop crushed, I made image disc on external disc and format c on hard disc. Now I wanted to copy all datas from image disc but system crushes each time. I cannot get back passwords, e-mails, history for firefox and thunderbird from image disc. Image disc I made in Acronis so I cannot restore needed files and datas (it's possible to make complete copy, but I need only some of datas as mentioned above). Thanx!

you didn't specify which version of acronis you are using - on their website they give guidance on how to restore individual files, so it should be possbile in principle: http://kb.acronis.com/content/10645 - if you need details you'd have to contact acronis support.

as for your firefox settings, these are stored inside your profile folder. for reference see Recovering important data from an old profile
