Hovering over any link on any page does not display the address of the link. Cursor changes to hand symbol as it should and links work but you have no idea where the link will take you.

Found it - Dont know if its the new version of firefox or the new status-4-evar but the extension doesn't add status text to the add-on bar by default like it used to.

You can check for problems caused by a corrupted localstore.rdf file.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window or otherwise make changes.
