I accidentally deleted a profile in the profile manager while trying to make a new one,I lost all my bookmarks and Speed Dial settings that had over 36 speed windows with my favorite websites I want those back and I don't know how to retrieve them..Please help...

Unfortunately, deleting a profile bypasses the Recycle Bin. You may need to use a program like the following: http://www.piriform.com/recuva
