I was downloading games and now when I open Firefox I get a "snapdo" utility, not Firefox (http://search.snapdo.com/?st=hp&q=). I tried uninstalling Firefox (completely deleting form my laptop and restarting), but it still comes up as the snapdo.

You can check the target line in the Firefox desktop shortcut (right-click: Properties) to make sure that nothing is appended after the path to the Firefox program.
