I added my yahoo email account to Thunderbird and it did not bring any of the custom folders that I had created in Yahoo. It just had the default folders: Inbox, Sent and Trash. How can I move or import the custom folders from the Yahoo email website to Thunderbird? It is just a free Yahoo email account and it shows as a POP account in Thunderbird.

You have to set it up as an IMAP account to show the custom folders in TB.
