bookmarks won't migrate
I recently built a new computer and installed firefox. I linked the browser to my sync account that I had previously been using on my laptop. They are both updated to the new sync and things like history, passwords and preferences have moved over. However none of my bookmarks from my laptop will show up on my desktop and vice versa. I have tried unlinking and relinking both devices to no avail. Also RSS feed bookmarks did not carry over either. Any advice?

You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.

It is best to disconnect temporarily from Sync when trying to repair the places.sqlite file.
