How can I recover all my old bookmarks?

I deleted some of my old bookmarks a while back and now I realized that I need some of them back. I would like to recover them from June, July and August 2013 If that's possible to do so.

Not likely. You would have to dig up a JSON backup to be able to have access to those old bookmarks. If you do not have any backups of the JSON backups in the bookmarkbackups folder or the places.sqlite file then it is not possible.
You could try to backup the current places.sqlite file and see if you can restore and older copy of the places.sqlite file.
