I use Go Daddy webmail. When I last updated Mozilla it no longer replies are forwards any information. When I reply there's no address and there's no text from the reply when I click forward there's no text or attachment to forward. It works fine in Internet Explorer. This is a Mozilla problem. I have already asked Go Daddy. Since it works in Internet Explorer it's Mozilla's problem and they can't fix it so Mozilla has to fix it

Hello,

You system details show that you are using Firefox 27. Are you experiencing the issue with that version? If you have not used the latest Firefox (version 32.0.3), please update right away and see if upgrading will fix your problem:

  • Help (or menu button New Fx Menu > Help-29) > About Firefox

Or download a fresh copy at: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ If you need a different localization: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
