Adobe Flash and Firefox keep crashing on all my computers. All computers are only 3 months old. Until it is corrected I will no longer use it in my company.

I am sure your volunteers are nice. Please get paid support for your product. I will pay to get a solution to my problem. Firefox and Adobe Flash keep crashing. Both Firefox and Adobe do not have accessible support. I will stopping use of this service because it is costing me money.

Hi mguiet, Thank you for your question. I understand that Shockwave Flash continuously crash in Firefox on your computers.

Currently the two work arounds that we have for the plugin crashing are documented here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/adobe-flash-plugin-has-crashed

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.


In the address bar, type about:crashes. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
