The cleanest method is to use Adobe's uninstaller to clear all Flash plugins and then install from scratch. This article has a link to the uninstaller: Flash Plugin - Keep it up to date and troubleshoot problems.

The quick and dirty method would be to delete the .dll file by hand. On 64-bit Windows, you can find it here:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash

The plugins used by Firefox have this pattern to the file name:

NPSWF32_15_0_0_223.dll

So you would want to keep just the latest. If you don't find the earlier plugin there, you can look up its exact path using the about:plugins page. To load that page, type or paste about:plugins in the address bar and press Enter.
