Could you check whether the chat window is using a plugin that needs permission to activate? In the address bar, look for an icon similar to a Lego block. If you see one, click it to see the status of plugins used in the page and provide approval is required. Any difference?

there's nothing

There's definitely a lot of stuff not loading there!

I don't have a login and I only see Chinese text on the screen that I think might be a login screen. (Attached)

In case one of your extensions is involved, could you test the page in Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.

You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:

• "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
• Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

Not all add-ons are disabled: Flash and other plugins still run

After Firefox shuts down, a small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset).

Any difference?

STILL THE SAME.. IT'S THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT CHAT BOX ON ALIEXPRESS. I WENT TO ALIBABA SITE WHICH IS THE WHOLESALE SITE AND IT'S CHAT BOX WAS FINE. SAME STYLE AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WHICH IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN THE PICTURE I UPLOADED.. SO THAT JUST ADDS TO MY CONFUSION.. I THOUGHT PERHAPS IT WAS FIREFOX WHEN IT UPDATED .. IT'S BEEN LIKE THIS FOR A COUPLE WEEKS WHICH WAS BOUT TIME FIREFOX UPDATED..
