no incoming new incoming mail is showing although another user with same domain is working

I do not have any incoming mail appearing. It is sending successfully. Another user on laptop with same domain email address is working fine. Was working fine until a couple of days ago. I have sent test messages and although they are sending correctly nothing is appearing in the inbox. I haven't changed any settings

I have just changed the port to 143 (it was 943) as this was the port the other user had. Immediately all my incoming emails appeared so I assume a recent update had somehow changed this.

Just today no incoming mail is downloading to the inbox. I can send messages, but can not receive.

I need help!!!!!! Thank you.
