When I switch networks I cannot connect to servers

Whenever I switch network connections and then try loading a page I get an error page stating "cannot connect to server". This has been happening for a couple months. I can fix the issue by exiting Firefox or toggling dns pre-fetching in about:config.

I think this issue only applies to going between my cell network and WiFi but it may also happen when switching between WiFi networks.

This should be resolved in Firefox beta (v36) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mozilla.firefox_beta
