When I try to install Fire Fox I get the following error message: "Can not create temp folder archive" What can I do to correct this problem, so that I can complete the install?

Please download the full firefox installer for your system and language from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ and try to install again. if you continue to having problems you could also try right-clicking the setup file & choose "run as administrator."
