I have installed WIN 10 but since then I am having issues with FF runing very slow and chunky. My curser constantly flickers.
every time i use ff all i get is a frozen or very slow page. the curser continues to flicker and i have to wait forever to read a short article. due to this experience I have had to resort to MS edge. my prefered browser is ff please advise how i can resolve this issue.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
no it hasn't done anything I'm still having the same issue
Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that has effect.
did as instructed all that came up was the cmd window
Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?
booted in to safe mode with networking and it wouldn't allow any internet connection
msg was unable to connect in safe mode reboot out of safe mode to continue
Are you sure you selected in safe mode with networking ?
Please try again.
positive. I held shift key down while clicking on restart. the f8 button don't work for some reason. it gave me a menu, I selected "5 start in safe mode with networking" it started in safe mode and I had no internet capabilities I'm thinking it might be a bug in WIN 10
Do you need special network drivers that aren't loaded in Windows Safe Mode?
A built-in network card that can use default Windows drivers should work, but any other way to connect might fail.
Yes I have a built in network card, It is a Realtek PCIe GBE Contoller my motherboard is a gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD4, safe mode with networking always allowed me to connect to net with other OS, just wont with win 10
