I don't recall seeing an option for this in Firefox. A workaround is to disable all but the necessary microphone so it becomes the system default; assigning it the system default status in Windows' mixer might also work, but sometimes programs read the microphone priorities funny, and the first list entry gets chosen instead of the default.
