Sync sign in takes me to a blank page
from the option tab, under "connect with a firefox account" when I click sign in it opens a new tab and nothing loads in the page. It remains blank.
this is the url... about:accounts?action=signin&entrypoint=preferences
but it won't load.
it's worth noting to that when I go to the main Mozilla page there is not any tabs or links or any mention of help. I do find the word "support" under location and contacts, which is non-intuitive and when I go to that page, on the spaces tab, under "Mozilla Spaces" there is another link, finally, to "need help with Firefox?" Why the hell do you make me jump though so many hoops to find support? but that's a secondary question.
my problem is I lost all my bookmarks passwords and everything after being forced by a Windows 10 update foul up to use a restore point that lost all my browser data.
I can't get it back if I can't sign in to sync.
