My Nook HD+ is having serious problems because of Firefox, it keeps killing it and it won't let me even uninstall it. Started crashing yesterday and I sent repo
It started crashing yesterday, so I tried to use it several times but it kept crashing. My Nook started acting weird right after that, it would restart it self but get stuck, so I had to turn it off. It did that several times then seemed fine. I tried using Firefox again after 24 hrd but it crashed again and wouldn't even let me send report. Then right away all my programs stsrted flashing that they were stopping and then it tried to restart it self again and got stuck again. I was freaked out thatit was damaging my Nook so I tried to uninstall but it wouldn't finish it before jumping to restart again and getting stuck. I have left it off and putting this message thru on my phone. Please HELP me, thanks.

Sorry to say pal but its not the flaw in the firefox browser, the flaw is in the software of your device. I can only suggest you to use killersloth's Carbon ROM for your device and it should work fine. In case you feel that its due to firefox then go to settings and uninstall it, if unable to do it then restore the factory settings.

Hi
It may be the case that you are/have run out of space on your device, making it difficult for it run.
In the Settings app, scroll down to Storage and tap on Cached Data to clear it.
I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.
My internal storage is only 13% filled.
Also when Nook starrs going crazy with things stopped after I try and unistall Firefox one of the messages is the key chain is stopped.
