In order to install box i need an email verification resent at present i can't get authorisation to link it
Box sent email that i had to verify to complete registration because of the remote content setting i didn't reply in time now a mozilla administrator has to resend the verification. At present i can't link box to my email a/c, authorising never stops please help

There aren't any "mozilla administrators".
Perhaps if you paste the entire message we can help you work out who you do need to ask.
It all sounds a bit odd. Why don't you just apply again?
