My name is Thomas Daly. I paid $52 for help. I have got passwords from Teksavvy. What next?
I called earlier today and spoke to a staff member (Rachel?). I had called Teksavvy earlier and told them that I would get messages on my hard drive for < txxxxxxxxx@teksavvy.com> that said they were downloading 662 messages. This meant that they were just duplicating 662 e-mails on my hard drive. Teksavvy told me to speak to Mozilla as this was their problem. I paid $52 CAD on my visa and Rachel did a lot of work to fix my problem but also worked on two other accounts on my computer,<axxxxxxxxx@teksavvy,com> and <rxxxxxxxx@teksavvy.com>. She asked me to get new passwords for these two accounts which I have obtained from Teksavvy. The passwords are the same for both "".
edited emails and password from spambots and public.

Never give out your email address on a public forum. Even more importantly, never ever give out your password.
So, use the accounts. They will fail and Thunderbird will ask you to put in the new password.
But that's a waste of time since you must immediately go and change the passwords again, having displayed them here for all to see. Anyone reading this can log into your accounts and use them to impersonate you. Possibly even change passwords and lock you out.
There is no-one officially endorsed by Mozilla to do this kind of remote work on your computer. I don't know who you paid $52 to.
What contact details do you have for "Rachel"? She may be trustworthy and legitimate, but she does not work for Mozilla.
Thank you James.
