Just installed Tbird in wife's WIndows 10 PC. Tbird keeps crashing.
Tbird downloaded thousands of emails from my wife's gmail server and began crashing. I deinstalled and then went to the server and deleted all all old emails. I reinstalled and the big wad of emails is still there after the reinstall and it again keeps crashing. Is there a way to do a complete Tbird deinstall and start fresh without it picking up the stuff it did initially?

If you don't have much data in THunderbird other than emails, you can create a new profile - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/using-multiple-profiles
