I am getting the "Unresponsive Script" error message with the three choices to resolve.
None of the choices work. However, under th title of the error is the following message: "A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue.
Script: http://my.xfinity.com/adframe/home/x31:0"
Then there are boxes for the three choices for actions to choose from.
Can anyone help figure this out from the script message above? I appreciate any advice as this is very frustrating. Also, I have windows 7.

The script on the site, which seems related to advertising judging from "adframe" in the path, may be looping over and over. Perhaps it keeps looking for something and not finding it, or to load something that never comes. ??
Do you use any add-ons that block ads?
In so, there might be a problem of incomplete blocking that is contributing to this problem.
If not, perhaps consider one. These are popular (Note: just one at a time or they might fight):
- https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/
If it turns out that you get errors like this with multiple different scripts, then please see our support article "Warning Unresponsive script - What it means and how to fix it."
Another common cause of unresponsive script errors on Windows 7 is the protected mode feature of the Flash player plugin. That feature has security benefits, but seems to have serious compatibility issues on some systems. You can disable it using the Add-ons page. Either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Plugins. On the right side, find "Shockwave Flash" and click the More link. Then uncheck the box for "Enable Adobe Flash protected mode" and try that for a day to see whether it helps.
