gcontactsync sync personal address book, but when I sync google contacts on my Android phone, the emails of my Thunderbird personal address book are not there
Hi, I am using gContactSync to sync my Thunderbird contacts with google. I have 2 Address books that are set to sync with the same google account e.g. the "Personal Address Book" and "xxx108@gmail.com" both sync with xxx108@gmail.com. After doing the gContactSync from Thunderbird, I also sync my Samsung phone contacts (Android) with google. But I found out that only the entries from my Thunderbird "xxx108@gmail.com" are available on my Samsung phone, but all email addresses etc from "Personal Address Book" (of Thunderbird) are not there. I will appreciate your kind help to solve this issue. I would like to be able to sync ALL my email addresses and contacts from Thunderbird address books (not only the ones that are in one specific address books of Thunderbird). Thank you!

The gContactSync tool has a settings page where you can tell each address book which account to synchronize to.
But I have never tried it with PAB, which is a default built-in address book. I had never considered it possible.
I don't see any value in synchronizing two different Thunderbird address books to the same cloud address book. What do you want to achieve by doing this?
Hi, Thank you! On Thunderbird I have different address books for different purposes, I would like to be able to use the contacts from these address books also on my android phone by syncing it with google. (here I don't mind if the PAB contacts are added to the general Contacts on my smartphone as long as I can have access to these contacts on the smartphone). Thank you!
