It doesn't even start. I tried installing it afresh for about five times now, even after removing the hidden leftover Mozilla Firefox folders and files. Yet, it continues to crash at startup and doesn't open at all. Firefox has always been my favourite, it would be a pity if I weren't able to use it. Thanks in advance.

hi, unfortunately this is an empty report and doesn't contain any clues to what may have caused this crashing.

just a guess into the blue: next to the security software already in place, please run a scan with various other security tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & eset online one-time scanner.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?
