I can receive but cant send email from SiteGuard hosted address
I am using Thunderbird successfully with my outlook account but I cant send email from the email address i have that is linked to my wordpress website, hosted by SiteGuard. The email is working (both in and out) from webmail, but in Thunderbird, it just times out and fails to send. thank you for you help

With reference to my question (not being able to send email), my ISP (SightGuard) has looked at the settings I have used and confirmed all is ok - I have also spoken to my antivirus provider (Kaspersky) and they have confirmed the issue is not with them or their service. The issue remained when I turned protection off. Attached are images of my settings. thank you for your help
