I was having an issue uploading my photo in my Android Gallery so I thought I'd come here to find out if anyone else if having the same issue. I created my account on here, and tried to login, and was not able to. I tried to use the forgot password feature and never got the password, so then I tried logging into here using my the Firefox desktop browser, and I could not login either. So then I created the exact same user account using my desktop and this time I got a confirmation that my community account was created and I was able to login to post this. In addition when you create the account on Android, there is a checkmark option that says to show the password that you are entering when you create the account and that doesn't work. checked or unchecked, your password is not visible when you create your support username and password.

Hi

Thank you for raising this issue.

It is worth noting that we are due to move to a new support platform in the not too distant future which will be more robust and allow us to fix these kind of issues (should they exist on the new platform).
