On Firefox I have no audio on Facebook. I have audio on every other app and I get audio on Facebook in other browsers.

When I'm on Facebook on the Firefox browser I can see the videos but can't hear them. Everywhere else on Firefox I get audio and when I use Chrome or other browsers I get audio on Facebook just fine.

Did you check the volume setting in the media player on the Facebook web pages?

Clear the cache and remove the cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).

"Clear the cache":

  • Firefox/Options/Preferences -> Advanced -> Network -> Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove the cookies" from websites that cause problems.

  • Firefox/Options/Preferences -> Privacy -> "Use custom settings for history" -> Cookies: "Show Cookies"
