You may have accidentally removed button(s) from the Navigation Toolbar. Tx Cor-el for the suggestions. Can't locate the key icon anywhere under customising the toolbar- had looked there. I will try the uninstall/install thing after I'm worked out how not to lose the login data! Cheers
