Hi,

I use Firefox for Android on my Nexus 7 (2013) tablet and my Nexus 6 phone. Since these devices are nearly the same size, I would like to get the tablet interface (which I prefer) on my phone as well, so that I don't have to hit a button to see my open tabs. Is there any way to do this? Anything I can change in about:config, or install a different APK, or anything like that? I love that Firefox for Android is more customizable than Chrome, so I'm hoping for just a bit more of that.

Thanks!

If you have the latest update for Android you can set the display size setting to mimic being on a larger device.

  • Open the android settings
  • Choose display
  • Display size
  • Choose 'small'

Thanks kbrosnan - that does work for me. It affects all apps, so it would be great to have a solution for Firefox only, but I'll try it this way and see if it's worth it overall.
