My print function is not working

I was using firefox to print some things. My cat decided to step on my keyboard. Away went the printer, and now I am being asked if I want to fax something. When I click on printer in control panel there is nothing there. Does anyone know how to fix this?

By the way, I did print in Chrome, but I like using firefox more.

Hi, not quite sure what you mean - if the printer is not in your Control Panel, it sounds as if you (or your cat) have deleted it, in which case you would need to reconnect your printer to your PC - but you also say that Chrome works...?
